Lovely small hotel. Basic rooms but very clean. Comfy beds, clean shower room, towels and bedding. Great location for Kings Cross Station and tube. Friendly helpful staff.

Older property, small

Hotel is distributed across several buildings very close to Kings Cross. No air conditioning in the room, thus had to keep the window open at all times. Very loud neighbor hood. Room very small.

Great spot, really easy base for getting around London. The rooms are basic but clean and have all the stuff you would need. We have a lower ground floor room with a small courtyard which was lovely, outside space is a luxury! Was very humid late July but a fan was provided which was a great touch. Only downside is you can hear the underground in the room which made it a little difficult to fall asleep.

Nice room - clean, tidy and well presented. Unfortunately, it was a very hot night and the absence of air conditioning meant that we had to keep the windows wide open all night, with resultant continuous traffic noise from Euston Road (including sirens etc.), plus people talking in the street outside. This meant we got very little sleep. I have no doubt that our stay would have been very comfortable had the outside temperature been more moderate.

This hotel is in a convenient location and the staff provided good service. The bed was very uncomfortable (waaay too soft) and the bathroom/shower was cramped. This property is fine if you have a layover to catch a next day train but I wouldn’t recommend staying any longer, particularly given how uncomfortable the bed was.
