The Hyatt is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved seeing the penguins. The pool is opened 24 hours which is nice. Access to clean pool towels 24 hours a day. Steps away from the beach is nice. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars. All the staff were kind and helpful. We are definitely going back..

Everything was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed though that even if we booked through Expedia ocean view room (not partial view), we received a partial view room. The hotel staff told us that “ocean view” is not front view, for front view we need an upgrade but then told us that we cannot upgrade because they don’t have rooms. Very disappointing and quite misleading the difference between Expedia and the hotel room categorizations.

Had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was amazing, from front desk, restaurants, and valet. Beautiful, well manicured grounds and 24 hour pool. Appreciated that we could use the Hyatt Vacation Club next door as they too had an amazing pool and hot tubs. The towel distribution and return machines were very handy, wish all resorts had this system. While the beach right in front of the property is quite narrow, you can walk in either direction and the beach widens out. Great snorkeling right there, saw plenty of beautiful fish and turtles. Nice to have the laundry facilities on site. And lasty, the Swan breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome addition!

Really great resort but needs some work. Elevators were getting stuck all the time, one of us was stuck for 10 minutes.

The property was clean and had lovely gardens and birds (including penguins). There were plenty of restaurant options and a car rental on site so we were able to rent a car for a day or two when we wanted to explore the island. Our room was located at the edge close to the service road, so was quite noisy in the early morning which was tiresome, but other than that we had a good time.

Beautiful hotel only disappointed was the pool. The original pool was outstanding, this is what I would call an average pool.
