Well, I liked the stay but I was a little disappointed that on the last day of our stay we didn't get any room service such as per the usual. The bed was not done, the bathrooms was not done nor anything else and we had to use the same old hand and floor towels we used the day before. The airconditionig (Which is very unusual as we stayed in this place nearly everytime we went to the Gold Coast), wasn't working properly to which I made it clear to a room cleaner and a man which was doing some maintenance downstairs and nothing was done in order to rectify the problem. To get warm in the dining room I had to wrap myslef up in order to get warm and the same had to be done when I was going out while letting my wife the use of it. I ended up with a bad cold at the beginning which turned to be a bronchitis and hopefully now that I am in strong antibiotics, it will not turn up into a pneumonia. It was a shocking and very uncomfortable trip driving back home to Tamworth let me tell you. For the first time ever I have to make a complaint about this place and I hope that it will never happen again.

The blinds constantly banged which resulted in no one sleeping. The rubbers need to be replaced to stop this issue. Everything else was wonderful as always.
