Construction immediately opposite

Construction noise from 6.30am 6 days week. It will wake you up in the master bedroom. You are generally unable to use the balcony due to the noise. Offered a $200 refund for a one week stay (less than 10%). Hot water runs out before the bathroom spa is filled. Netflix cut out after 3 days. Accommodation would be nice but for over $400/night this was outrageous!

Shocking check in process

Checking process required an online form to be filled and the foam is asking to upload a photo of my credit card and also the CVV. Technically they are taking control over my credit card. Never ever give your credit card details.
