Family holiday
House was well located and matched the description. Kitchen had more cooking equipment than most places do, which was great because we were cooking for ourselves. A few additions like detergent in the laundry and shampoo in the shower covered a few things we’d forgotten. There were some dishes that needed washing, but overall the house worked well for our family and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Thanks!

The house smelt 'stuffy' and the windows I tried to open had been painted shut. The house felt dirty, dusty surfaces, overflowing disgusting smelly bin, there was only one tea towel for a four-night stay, the tea towel had been used and smelt, the dishwasher cloth was dirty. I sent two emails asking if extra people could stay but got no reply. Lucky, they did not stay with us. The lounge was old and saggy, Overall, it was not pleasant.

First impression upon arrival was poor as the front yard is not maintained. It was a pleasant surprise upon entering the house, clean , well stocked with everything you need, a very comfortable liveable home

A one night stop over Dubbo in retrospect should have stayed two as lots to see and do. Property was comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Good communication with owner to access property. Garden needed a little tlc, property was dog friendly as was garden.

Everything you expect and more. As advertised but photos don't do it justice, I was impressed. Comfortable, quiet, private, great property overall for singles, couples, families, small groups, kids and pets. Awesome and affordable meals at Dubbo South Tavern (very short walking distance). I was very pleased that this property exceeded my expectations and would stay here again for sure.
