"Quality hotel, but a bit soul-less"
Good quality hotel in a central location. Plenty of good restaurants in SkyCity and neighbouring streets. The hotel was spotlessly clean, everything is good quality. My only problem was that wifi had problems one evening, and the hotel doesn't have much of a "personality".

"Stayed 2 nights .to see WOW"
First night was fine however on Friday night we were kept awake by late night revellers on the street outside, even our ear plugs weren't sufficient to block the noise. Beds were comfy ,shower was great and the hotel's situation was very handy to everything. Best of all the price was great. Apparently it depends which side of the hotel your room is as to the noise levels..There is no air conditioning so we kept our window open which added to the noise slightly.but the windows are not double glazed anyway. Would stay again but different side of hotel. Definitely need a light above the mirror in the bedroom area.

See below. Staff were very courteous and obliging and happily moved us to a new room when our room was too warm. Air con in the second room was somewhat better but still a bit warm and stuffy. Full marks to Jay on reception for everything!! Hotel tariffs were very reasonable. The hotel rooms could do with some refurbishment eg carpet & bathrooms.
