Lounge room with 8-seater lounges, large Flat screen TV and remote controlled gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and there is also a large laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience. NBN Wi-FI throughout - perfect for the working holiday! Outdoor entertaining space with BBQ, Outdoor furniture and incredible mountain and ocean views.

Master Bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, ocean and mountain views, ensuite, heated towel racks and walk-in wardrobes, office nook.
Second Bedroom: 2 x Single beds, ocean views, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes
Third Bedroom: Queen Bedroom with walk-in robes, ceiling fans, air conditioning

Incredible mountain and ocean views, located a short walk to the Jetty, restaurants and beaches. Please refer to our terms and conditions prior to booking. Pets allowed, please advise at time of booking if you wish to bring your pooch. $100 per pet per stay applies and agreement to our pet policy. There are plenty of pet-friendly beaches nearby.
Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. There is a separate holiday let downstairs, however Sea Breeze is complete private with no shared facilities.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There is 1 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view the front door areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. Delightful family homestay
The property was lovely with lots of space available and a coastal Hamptons vibe. Will definitely try staying here again for future family getaways. The kitchen had all the amenities to prepare our special Xmas lunch. Overall, it was very pleasant with no issues and good communication with McGrath property management team.

Could be cleaner but overall besutiful property
Although the property is very beautiful, the cleanliness was not up to our standards. There were dirty dishes and cutlery in the cupboards that were very noticeable. We had to wash everything again prior to use. The additional blankets provided in the house were dirty and had a bad smell. The pool was dirty and could not be cleaned until after we left. The pool lounge furniture shown in the photo is not accurate, there are no long lounges just smaller outdoor seats. The sun shade near the pool is also ripped and the waterfall does not work.
