Didn't use the public facilities - winter and working, however rooms are dated and bed is uncomfortable. Rooms had all features I needed though, just in need of a refresh and a new bed...

We loved the property. It had beautiful pools and you could see the ocean from one pool. We didn’t hear other families we crossed paths with in the resort, it was very quiet. My husband fished out the front on the beach every morning. The gardener Drew was so welcoming and helpful. All the staff were very friendly. We will definitely go back!

Very disappointed at the condition of the room. We had ants in the room. There was obviously a hole in the bath at some stage and they tried to repair it but it looks like green mould. The playground was a non-event. The best thing was their pool and it was too cold to really enjoy it. Wasn't worth the money we spent to stay here.

The grounds where lovely the thai was amazing but our room was not good or our bed was very uncomfortable lounges where really bad where suppose to stay 2 nights only stayed 1 night. Because we only stayed 1 night we where then charged $425 and got refunded only $235 for second night. Not 4 star

The place it self is beautiful however the bedding is very old and extremely uncomfortable... and $1.20 for an extra towel is a bit of a joke .. seriously do you really need my $1.20???

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. As I am unaware of who exactly is posting this review it is difficult for me to advise of the actions taken during & after your stay. I did address bedding & towels for a recent guest. Extra towels were provided at this time at no extra cost however we do advertise as "self contained accommodation" linen & towels were initially provided for all guests, extra towels were requested for drying hair. The extra bedding though reported as being uncomfortable were only installed less than two yrs ago, this complaint has been reported to management and will be addressed. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful settings of our property.
