Bella Coastal Property welcomes you to Bawley Beach Bungalow, located in the picturesque village of Bawley Point is perfect for your next coastal getaway.

This spacious modern open plan home just 60 metres from the white sands of Gannet Beach, accommodates 7 guests and provides a comfortable home away from home for you and your family and friends. You'll love kicking back and enjoying an afternoon drink on the back deck after a day at the beach, or a bar-b-que any time of year. The combustion heater will keep you toasty warm in winter.

Pets are welcome, but please note that the property is not fully fenced.

Bawley Point will captivate you with beautiful beaches and splendid national parks. You'll find plenty of things to do and see around this seaside hamlet, from swimming and surfing to fishing and bushwalking.

Bawley Vale Estate Winery is just a few minutes drive away. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays.

Nearby Cupitt's Winery in Ulladulla has also been voted in the top 5 wineries in New South Wales, and often features live music on weekends and holidays, so you can enjoy a few glasses of wine while watching the sunset over the beautiful Budawang Ranges.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook - only a 30 minute drive north.

Just 30 minutes drive west is Clyde River Berry Farm. Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey, or enjoy one of their famous berry ice-creams.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is not supplied - please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Amelia from Bawley Point Linen Hire.

Perfect Holiday Escape
The Bawley Beach Bungalow was perfect! A perfect single level 4 bedroom home in a perfect location to the beach. It made it easier to move around (no up and down stairs every day in other houses in the area) and back and forth to the beach (if you forgot something you could walk back and grab it and be back on the beach in a couple of minutes). Loved the quiet and relaxed lifestyle the house and the area had to offer. Will definitely be back.

Very easy check in process, house was immaculate. The neighbourhood is very quiet, beautiful beach only 1 minute walk away. Kids appreciated the wifi on the rainy evenings. Highly recommend.
