"Central to walk the city of Melbourne "
The staff were interested in my day and where able to take my bag for me until I was able to check in. They had it delivered to my room for my arrival. They also offered to take my bag instead of needing to take it with me the second day. They changed the configuration of my bedding arrangement with my change of plans with no hesitation and the free bottle of red wine was a nice surprise too! Thank you.

"Slow elevators"
The hotel was great other then the lifts. They where so slow in if you didn't push your way through the people coming out, the doors would close and you would be waiting for another 10 minutes for one!
