"Excellent service"
We had a 4 night stay in in a Riverview Studio Room July. The first day/night we had a very noisy child in the suite next to us. The staff ensured that we would be moved as soon as a room was available (it was full occupancy the first night). We moved without any fuss and with a complimentary bottle of wine into a great room next to one of their regular visitors so they could assure us that there'd be no noise issue. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were consistently courteous and helpful. The room is spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. On lower floors the river view is dominated by train tracks however the noise is well blocked by the double windows.
