Convenient location downtown, an easy walk to the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. Front desk staff were great, really helpful. The hotel is older but nicely updated. Our third-floor room overlooked City Hall across Pandora. Large fridge, desk, dresser, armoire - quite spacious. The Lavazza machine was a nice touch and could deliver hot water, but wasn't a fan of the plastic espresso capsules. L'Occitane products were great, and appreciated that they weren't single-use. Carpet could have been a bit cleaner, and there were a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom that should be addressed.
On arrival we were able to pull into the loading area on Pandora (one-way) and unload, before moving to the hotel's secure garage in a separate building on the other side of Douglas a half block away. It was fairly quick and painless, and that's what you get for a historic downtown hotel. The self-park option was just over $26.
