We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rialto and plan on returning. Very well located 5-15 minute walk to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Room was ver comfortable. The surprise was the bar/restaurant downstairs. Great drinks, food and service! So nice on those evenings when you just want a little something since they open late.

Expensive for the size of the room, but it was apparently a Heritage Hotel, which cost more. Parking is across the street, but was easy to navigate; there is a baggage drop-off area at the front door.

Hotel staff was excellent and extremely helpful, property tired. Needs tidying up. Bathroom fan system needs updating, no airflow. Supply lines in the bathroom sink installed backwards and the room lacked a towel rack near the tub. Neighborhood has become pretty seedy in spite of being across from city hall. Liked the ambiance and in spite of the shortfalls would probably stay there again as the location is an attribute.

The room was nice but well used. The couch fabric had a couple of rips in it and the carpet looks like it could stand to be replaced but the bed was good and the hotel itself was quiet. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

I will stay here again. Great location close to everything. Really nice and impeccably clean room. Nice hotel with great staff. The parking is off site. We couldn’t find the open air lot (if there is one) so we just parked at the Wharf St lot on the water and walked the few minute walk to the hotel. The mattress needs replacing in room 305, it was completed caved in in the middle so my husband and I weren’t very comfortable sleeping, trying not to roll into the hole in the middle. But I assume it’s just that bed not any others. As I said I’ll stay there again to give it another go.

Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Good location for us but this downtown neighbourhood has declined. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Delicious cookies in the room. Small lobby, Unloading zone on busy street. $25/night safe clean underground parking but located across the street.
