Have you ever heard the expression get which you paid for? Well at the Rialto, it's exactly the opposite when you arrive. There is not only no valet, but you have to dump your luggage quickly and then go park your car blocks and blocks away absolutely unsafe and ridiculous. The towels in the bathroom are sandpaper There is no breakfast room at all The bed is as hard as sleeping on the floor or maybe the dirty pavement outside in the crappy neighborhood this hotel sits in With sirens going off all night I don't know how it got the ratings And I have never left negative in my Expedia. You need to know this hotel sucked.

Stunning hotel. Lovely location and staff (especially check in) were great! Worth the money. Great toiletries! Bar downstairs was very nice with good selection of drinks. My only gripe being we booked an additional night (after the original two) and were told that we could stay in the same room. A few hours later after we booked we were told that the room had been booked and they couldn’t upgrade us (as per the Gold benefits). Given there were lots of rooms available at a higher grade it would have been a helpful touch to have kept us in our room and perhaps upgraded another guest? It wouldn’t have cost the hotel anymore and would have left us feeling much happier (rather than moving everything around for 1 night), and another guest happy too! We had helped out previously by telling housekeeping not to worry on the room as they were busy, so a little help back would have been appreciated, but otherwise excellent! I would return :-)

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are helpful and professional. The rooms are well appointed, cozy, with a generous bathroom. The hotel and the rooms themselves are spotless. Great location as well. The Palms restaurant that is located in the hotel is fantastic. The drinks were fantastic but the food stole the show. Do yourself a favour and make this your Victoria stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Great location - close to downtown. My only complaint was the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom - the shower was full of hair. Not sure that it was actually cleaned properly. My room was also right beside the ice machine which was very loud.
