The streets were noisy at night; there was a lot of bad language in the hallways and rooms by several of the tenants.

Lovely hotel. Our room was spotless and surprisingly, very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is parking is kitty-corner, across the street from the hotel which could be tricky for anyone with mobility challenges. There is temporary parking in front of the hotel entrance where you can pull up and quickly unload luggage. We tried not to forget anything so we didn’t have to make any extra trips back to the car. Overall, a very good stay, friendly/ helpful staff and reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean, situated near bus routes, China Town, restaurants, and other sights. The service was wonderful, our room was huge and very clean. The hotel has a sports bar and adjoining restaurant. The only negative was the neighborhood, all the drug addicts sleeping in the street and needles everywhere. The Hotel Rialto has nothing to do with that, of course. It seemed like no one anywhere was doing anything about these people. Bottom line? Knowing what we know, we would stay here again. We felt very secure in the hotel.

It is a great location downtown Victoria. Great restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing all within walking distance. There is a nice sports bar and restaurant downstairs. Only complaint would be the windows are super thin and we felt like the crosswalk was in our room. Other than that we loved the property.
