Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location We found the hotel to be quite comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were nice and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The building and grounds were beautiful and the staff was exceptional! Great breakfast as well. We very much enjoyed our stay. The one criticism was the room layout. We found the room awkward for a stay for four. A second television upstairs would be suggested as well. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you

Good value. Full breakfast provided in the morning greatly appreciated. Hotel clean and great location. When we discovered that our bed was going to be too hard for us to sleep on, housekeeping came quickly with a fluffy mattress topper and remade our bed. Excellent customer service. Room that we were given was smaller than we expected. The room was near a staff work entrance and there was a lot of noise starting in the morning from laundry carts.

I can hear people moving about above me. I can hear when a trap is turned on, the water noise is astinishing!! I can hear the people next door. It's the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a great area overlooking the Inner Harbour, right downtown and walkable to all the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. However, noise was a problem sometimes as you could hear people walking above you due to the bare floors. Best to ask for a room on the 3rd floor. The included breakfast was very good. Good selection of hot and cold items in a bright breakfast room.

The room was comfortable and spacious, ours had a separate seating room and a king bed. The hotel was nice but in need of updates. Breakfast was included and there were lots of options. The only disappointment was that parking was not included if you booked through Expedia but was included if you booked at the hotel directly.
