The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly! Room was clean and has modern decor. Location is excellent for getting around the area on foot or public transportation. If you have a car, the hotel has valet parking but it is very busy out front and can be difficult to drop off and pick up your car. We opted for a public parking location less than a 5 minute walk away and that worked great.

The hotel location was ideal for our visit to Victoria. We able to walk to both restaurants and shopping not to mention the harbour area. It was great having the kitchen as part of the room and there was enough space for each of us.
