Great location for walking downtown Victoria. We did not bother much with room service. It was not necessary. Limited bath setup but it worked.

We had a family suite with kitchen and it was super clean, spacious and very comfortable! (The only little complaint we had was that it felt very dark in the room. It needs more light!) All in all, the location is terrific and we truly enjoyed our stay!

I loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was grateful for the valet parking as the hotel is not in a safe area at this time. The hotel did not email me a copy of the invoice as they said they would. Overall it's a convenient place to stay
