The room was good and the sheets were clean and well pressed. Very close to restaurants. There is nearby parking that is free from 8pm to 8am and also you can park around the street. This is also close to the wharf and other nearby tourist spots. They don't have free breakfast but there is a good restaurant beside the lobby.

Located right downtown, the hotel is walkable to many Victoria attractions. For us, being one block from our son's apartment made it an excellent choice.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, so helpful and friendly. Room was super clean and well stocked, the family suite is perfect for families with young kids. The area just around the hotel is a little rough, but a short 5 minute walk towards the water takes you to a nicer part of town. Rubys reataurant is phenomenal! Excellent food at reasonable prices, we loved it. Will stay again!
