Room was blasting hot at 23c on arrival with all lights on. Major strike against the hotel on sustainability and waste. There was a small plug outside for e-plug in, but the parking spot wasn't marked, so it was used by non-e-cars. Painting e-car only on the spot is advised. The bathtub took 15 minutes to drain. The room was comfortable otherwise, the bed comfy, coffee in the lobby nice.
There is no dedicated e-parking, just these little plug in at the back, but the parking stall is not marked. If taken, ask the staff if they can find the license plate of the owner and ask them to move so you can plug in.

Staff was excellent, lots of guest parking, check in fast. Hotel well set up, lots of cozy table and chair set ups in common areas. Obviously very popular stay for hockey families. Nice bar downstairs with great beer selection. Room was huge, bathtub in living room a little strange. And no towel bars in bathroom. But main bed was comfortable, great black out blinds, and sleep in was easy. Would like more desk top plug ins for charging devices. Liked the coffee station in the lobby each morning. I would stay here again. Highly recommend

Hotel itself is quite nice and well decorated. Rooms are average and what you would expect. Nothing special but comfortable beds. The challenge we had was the highly scented lobby and hallways. I am sensitive to scents and my elderly mother had a significant allergy attack and had to go outside while we were checking in and practically run to the room (as fast as a 74 year old can). I was quitw surprised that any facility allows scents but especially one this strong (and not a nice smelling one either). Warning to the many other scent sensitive people out there to avoid. We did mention it to staff and they just said they thought is smells nice. That is pregerence but allergies and allergies. That is why the lower staff rating- they didnt seem to care alrhough i acknowldege front desk staff likely couldnt do much about it, but they could have said at least they would let a manager know.
