Great hotel, window overlooking Douglas St over the weekend was great! Great location, front desk staff was pretty robotic, but would definitely stay here again. The parking is half a block away and not secured, but had no issues over two nights. Great little independent theatre down the street (The Vic Theatre) was showing the Shining while I was there , how great that was! I love Victoria.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. It’s conveniently located in the heart of downtown.Good restaurants nearby. The sports bar of the hotel is nice and opened until 2am everyday.

Found the listing for the restaurant and bars to be misleading. You actually have to leave the hotel. Overall was a clean place and quiet , we enjoyed our time there.

We came to town for Pride weekend, the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was better than advertised and the location was superb!! Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again❤️

Recent renovations to rooms ensures an updated experience. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Victoria, close to shops and restaurants and far less expensive than the Empress or Magnolia. You wont find a gym or expansive lobby here but the staff is lovely, the Sticky Wicket next door has good pub food and drinks and a rooftop bar if you like a livelier atmosphere. Would stay here again.
