Overall a great experience. This hotel has a great team and wonderful amenities. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because the sound proofing is not great. I was woken up almost every night due to loud neighboring guests or outside noise.

Everything was wonderful and convenient. I liked the boutique feel to the place being smaller and more intimate. Location was fantastic right behind the Empress hotel and a 2 minute walk to the harbor. Staff was amazing. Courtney Room restaurant is a farm to table awardwinning restaurant not to be missed. I can't say enough good things about this place!
