The lobby coffee bar I liked, the kitchenet. The only thing i did not like, we were out and came back and got parking in front. Door Dash or SKIP drivers were blocking the road in front of Bin 4 so I could not even pull out of the stall when we went out Saturday evening.

It was a nice place. The staff are nice but not the best service. They didn't make you feel happy to be at that hotel. They wouldn't say hi when you walk in the door or ask how how your trips going, they just kept talking amongst themselves about the night before etc. Those are all service oriented things I get from all other hotels I've stayed at.

We are always very happy with Accent Inns. They’re reliably clean yet affordable. This location was so comfortable and clean, staff were plentiful and pleasant. Some road noise but that’s what happens on a main roadway. Small price to pay for affordable comfort. The room was immaculate and we wanted to take the mattresses with us!

Second time staying here. Great location, pet friendly and amazing staff. I gave it a 4/5 this time only because the first night the upstairs people were noisy for hours and kept me awake. But the second night was better. Definitely our favourite place to stay while in Victoria.

Great hotel!

Very happy with this hotel as it’s usually very clean and the best soap/shampoo set up - way better than other hotels. Stayed in Room 140 and the bed was made but sheets were dirty underneath as I had to sweep dirt off the sheets when I laid down. Side note TV audio has issues and alarm clock was set for 6am from previous guest

We arrived at noon after a very early morning flight but our room was not going to be ready until 4:00 P.M. An older lady cleaning the lobby overheard and told us to ask for room 141 as the room had already been cleaned. I was very impressed with her helpfulness. Obviously, it's a very good place to work.
