The staff were so helpful, friendly, offering great restaurant suggestions, free shuttle services to downtown Victoria, let us check our bags and even check in early. Reasonably priced and easy to walk to downtown Breakfast was the weakest part of our experience but I would stay there again without hesitation.

Bed comfortable. Clean, tidy, check-in prompt, amazing customer service. Liked the breakfast fruit and granola. Only stayed overnight, so missed out on using the amenities. Will be back!

The staff was very nice, helpful , and accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus. There is a bus stop across the motel if you don't have a car. Continental breakfast was fine. The only minus was that the property is very outdated. As I understand the room we were staying had not been renovated , and the bathroom sink was not draining well. Although the bed was very comfortable .

We enjoyed our stay … only issue was the power/electricity. Couldn’t have certain things plugged in at the same time - lots of blinking - needs an electrical upgrade. For an older place, it’s really well maintained. Thought it was rather pricey - we didn’t use the e-bikes etc so maybe those things should be add-ons with a reduced room rate if you don’t use them. I’m a senior and would not be using those items. Would stay there again though for sure!

Good location outside of the city centre put walk ball by really nice bike/walk path into the centre. Great parking and really good value place to stay with individual rooms with cooking facilities that look very well cleaned. The staff were really nice and helpful at resolving any issues. The Hotel had the facility of kayaks and bikes advertised but these were booked up quickly and not available. Unfortunately some of the facilities were broken like the ice machine and the one of the Washing MAchine machines. Overall it was really good value for money though, and the rooms are a good size And they had free breakfast.

I did not like the room when it say 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa bed . Family of three it was uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa . But I did like their breakfast!! Very good one

I was very disappointed. I trusted the photos and previous reviews but the room or the hotel were not like the photos at all. The room was very small, it was hard to my husband and I fit there. The washroom needs an urgent renovation. As matter of fact the entire hotel needs a renovation. The free rental E-bikes was a good relief.
