I'm gonna give three stars just because the hotel is beautiful. But the hotel room were out of date. It had an awful smell to the room Like maybe dirty feet coming from the bathroom and then I didn't know how to turn the fan off cause I didn't know where the knob was for it so that took a while. The room was so hot. I didn't know if there was a window to be able to open. Also, I wasn't offered a crib for my youngest child that I had with me they told me about the wine upstairs, and I said I don't drink and then she changed the subject and then got her other person who was on training to take over I did not sleep at all the ambulance everything cause we were facing where the road was. The beds weren't that comfortable They were so tiny I didn't feel like the room was that clean either I could see somebody else's little strands of hair on the wall. but the door people that come and offer if I need any help, they were great. They told me to have a great day. That was it.

Room was okay, bed sheets were dirty/stained and there was hair all over them so luckily I brought my own blankets. Staff was absolutely amazing though. I went out and I had the door man walk me to my uber and open my door for me.
