The suite was clean and a good size, with everything needed for a comfortable three-night stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to BC Place, as well as Robson and Granville Street.

Enjoyed this hotel and location prior to taking Alaska cruise. Furnishings a bit out dated but kitchenette is a bonus that other hotels do not offer. On site restaurant OJ's was also great but many good dining options close by.

Disappointed by Cleanliness, Comfort, & Service The location was convenient and the air conditioning was a plus during the heat. However, the room felt unclean and run-down. We arrived to find a large, sticky stain on the carpet, and staff didn’t seem to know how to address it. I had to suggest it be steam-cleaned, but it was simply wiped down with water and rags. The sofa bed wasn’t made up, despite my having asked about this at check-in. When we opened it, we found only a dirty flat sheet. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with metal bars digging into my hips, and the regular couch sagged so badly it was unusable. I eventually requested a cot, which they thankfully provided free of charge. Still, the room just felt unpleasant, and no staff offered an apology at the time. The manager called to apologize the next morning and offered to move us to a different room. However, by then we were settled and had only one night left, so we declined. The head of housekeeping also followed up in person, which I appreciated. The waived parking was a kind gesture, but considering the amount I paid for the room, it felt like a small concession for the level of discomfort and inconvenience we experienced. After years of staying here without any issues, it’s clear the hotel has seen better days. The staff could benefit from more thorough training in customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our Canada & Alaska trip was extended thanks to Air Canada failure to negotiate with the union. So we booked in to this great place. Spacious, comfortable and well located, it has been perfect. They were very accommodating, understanding that we had no idea how long we needed to stay due to our agent scrambling back in Australia trying to get us home. Maintenance arrived in minutes when we had a minor issue. The local area is wonderful with convenience stores, eateries, liquor stores and more within a block or two. Parq Casino is a short ten minute stroll away. All in all, a great place to enjoy a few extra unexpected nights in Vancouver.

Great Location and Staff was beyond amazing. The Original Joes on the main floor was a great place to head for a few beverages and food and their staff was also great. Room was quite large have a living space as well as a separate sleeping area. It also offered a Stove, Fridge and Kitchen prep area which was nice. The room its self is in dire need of a renovation. The TV were flat screens but were so old every channel was slightly fuzzy. The Couches, Chairs, Tables and Kitchen space had to be at least 20-30 years old.

Great spot, conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. Having a separate living area for our two night stay was great. Close to public transport, Sky Train and Canada line. Short walk to hop #19 bus to Stanley Park. After having our 2nd breakfast out, we saw guests getting in the elevator with muffins, fruit and coffee. Apparently there was a continental breakfast that we we were not informed of when checking in. Other than that miscue, the staff was friendly and helpful.
