Nice hotel in Yaletown

Nice hotel near Yaletown in Vancouver. Lots of dining options nearby. Room was nice with good view. Amenities were so-so. Gym had only 1 functioning treadmill, so had to wait to use. Sauna was old and did not heat up properly.

Our bathtub backed up with an off colored water and floaties in it. Had to run water to get it to drain. Toilet had trouble flushing. its the perfect location to walk to everything just needs a little facelift and attention.

The staff were absolutely amazing! We were able to check in early, check out late, they held our bags for us while we shopped. The pool, although small, was so well maintained and clean. They went above and beyond! Yes, the rooms are dated, but they are immaculate. We will definitely stay again!
