Room was great, only complaint was world juniors tournament was on and the proprietary TV UI was awful. Almost impossible to change a channel, super laggy and slow. Very frustrating. Otherwise stay was fine.

The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful, from the doorman/concierge, desk service, everyone. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, clean, and in a great location close to harbour and access to good restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent and the beds are so comfortable. Stayed with my daughter for two nights and they gave us a reasonable .5 day rate to check out later for a very late flight. Staff is kind, helpful. Location is absolutely perfect for downtown.
