As a family traveling together, we chose this place as one of the few hotels offering a shared space accommodating 6 persons. This claim turned out to be far from the truth. What was advertised as a Two Queen Bed Apartment that "sleeps 6 persons" turned out to be more like a two double bed suite that sleeps no more than 4 persons - and not very conveniently either. The bed size was definitely smaller than a standard queen bed; you couldn't even fit a toddler between two adults. Even with small kids, this made for very difficult and uncomfortable sleep arrangements.

The room was well worn and the hotel seems to be used for parties. My three children were all asked for their drivers license at check in. It is an old long term stay hotel converted with really low end finishes. Odd place. Would not stay again or recommend

I was very pleasantly surprised when I unlocked my door into my room I had a double bed sweet and so there were two matrimony beds with a nice kitchen area full size fridge stove microwave Keurig coffee machine and to utensils and dishes and the place has been obviously newly renovated or at least my room which was 504 the floor was laminate and pleasant color the beds were very comfy the balcony though not that big head a nice view looking up Robson Street there are a ton of restaurants Etc all within the block and Beyond and Robson Street is one of the busiest shopping at pedestrian streets in Vancouver everything was wonderful and the people at the front desk where so helpful and friendly and if you need there is a Safeway store that's less than three and a half blocks easy walking blocks from the hotel

Our room was dirty, and our bed sheets were covered in blood stained sheets. When I spoke to staff and asked for a manager, they were never available. When I finally spoke to the manager, she tried gaslighting me the entire time. She’s arguably the worst hotel representative I have ever met. We have travelled extensively around North America, and this was by far our worst experience ever! She should be fired and never allowed to work in hospitality again. But she did us a “favour” and didn’t charge us for parking! What a joke.
