The lady I didn’t get her name at check-in was excellent. I checked In ealrier because my room was ready I really like this hotel. It’s dares but it has charm I was the only person in f to he room. With 2 double beds. Full kitchen and a great view of the Vancouver harbour Great value I booked 1 night. But I will be back

Selected pay on arrival through Expedia, but they charged my card before I arrived, leading to it being blocked. I called to ask about this and the lady on the phone threatened to cancel the reservation. So not a nice first impression and also not following the Expedia policies. Front desk staff were friendly though.

Room was clean, but fireplace was NOT warm enough even when on all the time and throughout the night. Slept in layers. Staff was helpful and accommodating to me when I needed extra stuff. Really loved this place for it's location in downtown vancouver

The staff was very friendly. The property is also very secure. I liked the double windows. There are only 4 rooms per floor. Nice locating on the West End of Vancouver. What I didn't like was that there was a price for anything other than the room rate. If you wanted to use the kitchen facilities, it was an extra cost. There was even a keylock for the cabinet that had the dishes. If you used anything in the kitchen like cups, etc, it was an extra cost. They even made it known that there was a cost if you took the air conditioning remote. I overheard one guest who was taking a friend up to his room & the front desk person charged him for that & took her ID. I felt like the song in Les Miz & was going to be charged extra for the lice & mice. I did have a basis for comparison because the next night I went to a similar property up 3 blocks that was totally different in a better way.

Good location and good size rooms. Old and tired apartment building being converted to a hotel. Renovations were in progress during our stay Oct14-16 2025, needs a lot more work done. If you're paying more than $150 a night it's overpriced.
