Fan in the bathroom rattled making so much noise, vending machine dispensed a warm pop, fridges in room weren’t on and ready for food and drinks, went to go use our 20% off vip perk but the buffet breakfast was a continental breakfast not worth the price so did not use, requested upgrade for room- none available then asked for a discount on parking manager was straight up rude and wouldn’t offer a thing! First and last time I ever stay here!
