Our stay was great, the harbour view was worth it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It is walkable and has coffee shops nearby, and the restaurant was very convenient. However, my only notes are, if you are taking the skytrain it’s about 8-10 minutes walk and our room didn’t have a microwave so sadly we couldn’t heat up our takeouts/leftovers.

I have stayed here many times. Overall the hotel is good the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Rooms on the waterfront have a beautiful view of the harbour with an enclosed balcony that can be opened up to allow fresh air. The location is convenient to most downtown attractions and venues. The hotel is starting to show some wear but still good.

Check in was easy. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent along with the food and cheerful service. A nice view and our room was tip top clean, but the closest door was hard to open and needed repair. A nice coffee keurig was in room with plenty of pods and supplies. Also, there was plenty of drawer storage. We would stay again.

My favourite hotel in Vancouver, close to the convention centre and very convenient for our ski trip to Whistler. Great pillows and an overall wonderful experience.

The hotel is a good location for walking downtown Vancouver. The room itself was functional, but it was definitely showing wear and tear. The food at the restaurant is very good, though service was slow at times. This is a good place for a business trip or touring vacation.

Great weekend Vacay

Last minute find. We found the room nice with city view. Enjoyed the workout area. Hot tub was great with strong jets t loosen up those tight muscles. Found the pool to cold for my liking, my wife wouldnt go in the pool cause it was cold. Location was easy to find & could navigate around quite easily. Housekeeping staff were very friendly & attentive to any of our needs. I highly recommend it..

Great location, restaurant was great, all the staff were exceptional in their service. Honestly can say just the hospitality the staff gave was not something you come across too often. I’m too lazy for reviews but thought the staff and the location deserve a shout out
