The property is located in an amazing location ! The staff were courteous and helpful. The live music in the restaurant was great. My only complaint is that the jets on the hot tub have been broken for some time and no repairs appear to be in progress.

We have stayed here many times and the harbour view rooms never disappoint! Staff are very courteous and room was always cleaned daily. The only down side is they are renovating so we could hear hammering starting at 7am. But we are excited to see the renovations when done!

There was construction noise starting at 7 am. They left a warning about possible noise starting at 11am. We arrived at 5pm the night of our stay and heard the noise and switched rooms after discovering that there would be construction in that area starting at 7am the following day. Our new room, 5 floors down, had the warning about the construction starting at 11. What a waste of time moving rooms and then having the noise wake us up at 7am anyway.....

The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant food was great! The big disappointment in this stay was the worn down condition of the hallways and room. The corners and baseboards in the hallways were beaten, scraped and gouged. The room itself had one small door with a window. The room was very dark and the carpet needed cleaning. The wooden frame around the bathroom mirror had no finish left on it near the bottom. However, the tile around the shower was new and clean. I will not book here again. Not sure how it gets such a high rating on Expedia when the rooms are in such poor condition.

Despite only being there for one day, it was a lovely experience! From the friendly staff, to the cleanness, to its location - it is definitely a hotel we would want to come back to in the near future.
