Very friendly staff

Staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly, nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean and cozy. Only complaint we have was I had booked 3 rooms and wanted them all right next to each other. 2 were across from each other but one was down the hall around a corner and was smaller than the other 2. Not a huge deal but that’s the only reason not a 5 star.

15 min walk to Yaletown. 25 min ride to airport. Vancouver is a very walkable city, so this hotel was no different. Comfortable room. Rooftop bar had very cool views & cocktails were great!

The hotel itself and staff were great. The breakfast in the second floor restaurant was underwhelming at best. Inadequate of poorly trained waitstaff, long food wait time, and food when finally received was cold and overcooked. Ruined what otherwise a great hotel ecperience

My room was directly below the restaurant. It was horribly noisy. It sounded as if I were beneath Niagara Falls. Plus scraping on the floor (my ceiling). Despite my complaint, they did not contact the restaurant until my second night at 11 PM. Then their response was the restaurant is now closed and you won’t hear any more noise.

The staff was wonderful, from front desk to doorman/valet to housekeeping. While esthetically pleasing, the room layouts are problematic- too many awkward corners and small. We had a recently "updated" room. Comfortable bed and quiet but workmanship and quality of furnishings is below hotel upscale aura. It's the details of wallpaper installed, cheap bathroom vanity and NO chair in the room! There was a basic desk chair but no place to sit/relax other than bed. Drapery had missing glides to easily open or close. HVAC is noisier than what is expected in a luxury hotel. A nice touch is a daily wine bar in the lobby for guests.

Girls Trip!

This was a great hotel for a girls getaway. The customer service was great, the hotel is well situated (close to Granville and the water, not on a terribly busy street), and we commented several times that the elevator was incredibly fast, lol, which is a rarity in hotels!
