I like the surroundings as we, my family had to attend an event at Queen Elizabeth Theater. Its very close, we can just walk and be there in a few minutes. We will be back there again and I absolutely will recommend to my friends.

Windows are filthy, must not have been cleaned in years. Dust on surfaces in the room. Parkade stair he’d loose gravel, also not cleaned in years. No room service, only from neighbouring moxies for a fee. Difficult to order from moxies. They would not take a phone call and all had to be ordered on line on a Poorly designed website.

I had missing toiletries the next day after room service same ones were missing (shampoo) i asked they seemed surprised but that was un usual, the tv doesn’t work for movie casting if you have an iphone am pretty common with tv casting but yep this one didn’t work i think cz also the internet didn’t connect but i have 5G unlimited so yay me! And going to the pool feels like treasure hunt you have to take a certain elevator to a certain Level pass by the hotel laundry through a hallway left and right then wow the pool! Not wow but okay

Great location to do nature/tourist activities out of downtown during day then have all the best dining and districts within a mile at night. Also, top sports bar in downtown is in the corner lobby. Live music restaurant/bar kitty corner.
