I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Nice hotel to stay in during our trip to Calgary. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfy and there is a nice moxie restaurant to eat in while there where the staff are very nice. It would be good if the towels by the pool were refreshed as when we went there were none, and the we asked for some to be brought and were told they would be and they never came.

When we arrived in the room there was some garbage still on the floor from the last stay including a pop bottle. We were heading out to a meeting and notified housekeeping to come clean it up. Nobody ever came.

Overall good possible rat/mouse problem??

The stay was overall pre good the window had bird poop on it tho and my grandma had a bag of chips on the chair and she just found out as we where leaving that it had a hole on the bottom of it and my grandpa claimed he saw something run across the room i personally never seen the mouse but idk if it’s all a coincidence but i thought i should bring it forward
