The location is a great spot! The front desk and rooms are very nice. The only problem we had was with cleaning. Some days we had the sign out to clean our rooms(2 separate rooms) but only 1 was cleaned. We also got confirmation from the front desk that “refreshing the room” includes new bedsheets, pillow sheets and cleaning of the floor. But none of that happened. Only the bed was remade, nothing was sweeped. If we were told otherwise that it’s just to remake the bed then that would’ve been fine. But if you want to get new sheets it seems like you’ll have to ask even though we were told that shouldn’t be the case.

Location of hotel is good, room was ok but rundown. Light switches were dirty, room was right by elevator so you hear mechanics and ppl talking at all night. Rooms are close together and doors paperthin.

Not sure how this hotel has such a high rating. The building was dirty, the elevators are tiny and don’t have room to accommodate for occupancy. They also stopped on every single floor. We were on the 8th floor and decided to use the stairs. They were absolutely filthy. Lady at the front desk blew off any concerns mentioned. Would not stay there again.

Great stay! Clean modern room, great view, we had the delux queen suite on the 9th floor. Great friendly service. 2 restaurants in hotel complex. Central location. Fyi, underground parking spots are small and a tight fit, not all parking spots would accommodate our van.
