I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Front Desk staff and Housekeepers were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom is tiny without shelving to keep toiletries at hand, and a sink pop-up that would close but not pop back up. Although the hotel lobby and our room were pretty clean, dust from several construction projects in the neighborhood has accumulated on all the baseboards and corners in the room, in the hallways, and in the elevators. The parking garage floor is thick with dust. Service in Moxie's restaurant on three visits was painfully slow. Further, our lunch was eaten to the tune of four loud drunks, and dinner was besieged by a tour group shouting while playing trivia for prizes.

I like the property because it is near by and easy to go around downtown but it is a bit costly! I spent $500 par night but the staff are always busy If you want towel, you have to go downstairs and get it by yourself, and the room cleaning not so good they don’t fill up tissue and napkins as well The cleaning lady not cleaning good

It was fine.

Nice to have two food options on site, good location for downtown activities. Parking was just weird - guess they’re resurfacing the parkade and getting around was a challenge. Extra costs for parking and pets plus lots of taxes - tourism? Eco? Service? Don’t know as they were all abbreviated - but they certainly bumped up the cost. Room was small but the shower was nice. Staff seemed a bit indifferent.

Excellent location. Small but clean rooms. Lots of dining options. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was so small you had to step into the shower to shut the door. I think that could fix it by just putting in a slider.

This hotel is well situated. We stayed in the north tower and had a corner room which was quite spacious. There are only two elevators and delays are possible in the morning and afternoon. The decor is not very exciting and they could use pictures on the walls. The staff was very helpful.

Clean & Great Location
