I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but that’s the extent of the positives I can report. Everything else was old, weathered, or nonfunctional. Water damage throughout the washroom. Clearly the washroom has flooded numerous times with rotted baseboards and the base of the sink. Climate control did not work. Paid parking on top of a room rate. Aside from the lobby the entire property requires a reno. Terrible value. Property owners are just squeezing as much cash out of it as they can clearly.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was knowledgable and helpful! Lots of underground parking available, though the truck was a tight squeeze. Both Shark Club and Moxies were accessed from inside the hotel, and just a 5 minute walk to Roger’s Arena.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. Kitchen was convenient. Hotel was across the road from the Hop on Hop off bus which was very convenient. Room was large and cool with airconditioning. Lovely pool inside the building.
