I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was knowledgable and helpful! Lots of underground parking available, though the truck was a tight squeeze. Both Shark Club and Moxies were accessed from inside the hotel, and just a 5 minute walk to Roger’s Arena.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk as we arrived quite early in the day. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. Kitchen was convenient. Hotel was across the road from the Hop on Hop off bus which was very convenient. Room was large and cool with airconditioning. Lovely pool inside the building.
