I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

The staff was great, however the room was small and out of date, for the price we paid. The shower was small, no bathroom counter space, and no closet (the iron was leaning against the wall). Truly expected more for the price we paid.

The washroom sink had black mould under the rim. The AC was not that effective; it’s a snappier looking wall banger. I have no idea what the thermostat does on the wall? A mystery. The elevator was a-l-o-w. Try running both elevators. Great location. Walking distance or a short uber ride most downtown locations. Ferry ride was close by to get to Granville Island. Both restaurants were down to earth but tasty.

It was a nice stay vary close to everything, the room however was small. Windows did not open which made me vary anxious and the shower was dirty and the room wad dusty. Before checking out we were checking to see if we lost anything underneath table we found a rotten strawberry.

If you are coming to Vancouver for an event at the Roger's Centre, I would definitely stay here. Location is perfect, tons of shopping and food options. Hotel is great but be prepared to wait a long time for the elevator!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sandman for the Tate Mcrae concert. we had an amazing view of BC place and could see a bit of science world and the water. we didn’t use much of the hotel services as it was only a one night stay but would definitely stay again. the only thing that was a little confusing was the parking situation such as where to park and how to get there but once we figured it out we were good.
