I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Liked everything. The only complaint that I have would be; 1- the air conditioning is in an weird place. you have a desk right infront of it blocking almost half of the unit making it harder for the room to become cooler faster. 2- you should really think about having soap dispensers in the showers. those tinny bottles are pointless and not environmentally good. i need like 3 bottles of shampoo just to do my hair once becasue its long.

The room was very small. Did not clean our room or give us clean towels after the first day of our two night stay. Told us we had to put a door hanger to have that service. Hardly had any room for our luggage in room

Great location. However, during our stay, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. So I asked them to fix it, but there wasn't much improvement afterward. I heard that the same issue happened in the next room where my other family members were staying. It seems to be a drainage problem throughout the hotel. Other than that, everything was excellent. However, if this issue isn't resolved, I don't think I would return to this hotel.

Great location, but the parking situation was a major letdown. At check-in, staff didn’t mention anything about vehicle height limits or off-site parking. We only found out when we tried to park underground and discovered our vehicle was too tall. I had to go all the way back to reception to ask where to park, and only then was given a pass for the off-site lot. That lot requires a 5-minute walk across a busy street—not ideal with small kids and lots of luggage. The 15-minute guest registration zone was also misused: a truck with a towed wagon was allowed to stay overnight as an exception. Felt unfair. Overall, not family-friendly and poorly communicated.
