Feel like the room needs a good deep cleaning! Felt confident that the beds and towels were clean tho. The bed was very comfortable, same with the pillows. Coffee maker was terrible, the pods for that type of machine didn’t even fit well to brew a good coffee. Also there was some missing supplies at the coffee station. A room for 4 people should be supplied with enough for 4. The location is great for events and the price piont is good when an event is on. Staff was pleasant at the front desk. Didn’t use the restaurant, bars or pool area

If your in the north tower on the third floor you can hear the music from Moxies until 1am and it starts back up at 6:45 am. Very noisy!

Amazing location, very nice staff and rooms were well appointed. Reno looks good! One miscommunication - at check in they did not tell us that we had to request to have our room made up so it was not cleaned the following day even after we requested it in the afternoon. There were dirty towels and some garbage in the hallway that stayed there for hours - maybe they need a few more Housekeepers on shift.

Great place to stay. Its walking distance to restaurants, breweries, BC Place and Rogers Arena. The only aggravating part is at the peak times the elevators are super busy. You will have to wait a long time for an elevator to show up and there will be several people waiting at the same time. Just give yourself time or take the stairs if you need to get somewhere on time.

I was able to make myself a fresh coffee in the morning. All the basics were in the room. Excellent! The only issue is that I wish I knew not to pay for my parking at the parkade machine. It cost me $120.00 for new years parking... bloody rip off!!! It should be listen in the reservation that parking will only cost me $25 if i pay at concierge.
