I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Lots of construction going on around, so be aware of that. Room was clean and quiet. Sink was clogged and although most of the staff was great, especially the front staff, one of the service staff was pushy with a cart in the elevator and asked us to move and then passed our stop to go to her stop. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it was surprising. Overall concenient overnight stay

I honestly have no idea why this hotel is priced so much lower than the others. It is super clean, rooms are very spacious, and other than it being downtown and that associated noise, which all of the downtown hotels have, I see absolutely no reason to not stay here again and again and again!

Super clean room … great beds … pillow selection right on the bed (1 soft and 2 firm per each queen bed) … that was a nice unexpected perk 😊 Fantastic rainfall shower head in the bathroom … looks to be all renovated and in great condition. Very pleased! 👍👍

We stayed just the one night. As we went to a concert. It was super close to venue. But the parking was not very clear on whether you still needed to pay the parking in the lot. They need to inform you, that you are billed when you check in. Other than that, super helpful and friendly desk staff. 😊

Wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff went above and beyond in making it an enjoyable stay from advising me on the best running paths, restaurants, and fun things to do in the area. The room was super comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near Rogers Arena which was my top reason for choosing to stay here. It was a wise decision!
