It was fine. Very reasonable price. Staff very helpful. Hotel is dated but room mostly nicely updated. Extremely comfortable bed and amazing housecoat. Room and location suited all our needs. Clean room and easy check in. However the rooms are small [including the bathroom] and narrow even for a king bed type. We asked for top floor-to avoid noisy neighbours above which we rec'd. Parking [$25/night]downstairs was tricky but manageable. Staff friendly with a smile each encounter.

I believe leaving transparent reviews are important as hotel stays are a big part of any trip. Unfortunately during our time in Vancouver, we had a rodent issue in our original room. When we discovered it upon coming back on the second night, we contacted the front desk immediately and was advised to pack our bags and we’d be moved to a new room right away. After speaking with the hotel manager the following morning, we were compensated for the night and given a food voucher for the food/snacks we had to throw out. The staff and hotel handled our unfortunate incident as best as they could and assured us that their pest control measures were scheduled and completed frequently. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located by Roger’s Arena and BC Place and within walking distance to Costco and Robson Street.
