We stayed in the Carrie Cates Suite and were blown away by the amazing view of the downtown skyline and the Lions Gate Bridge. The area around the hotel was perfect for walking and dining and the proximity to the SeaBus can't be beat. Check in staff (Harry) and housekeeping were fantastic.

Good place to stay. Microwave in room and balcony. Interior of rooms is dated but it's nice to ba able to open a window to get fresh air or sit on the balcony with a view which you don't get in new hotels where you are constantly in a climate controlled environment. Shops and good eateries right down stairs at the Lonsdale Quay market or around lower Lonsdale. Quick seabus ride and you are in the heart of downtown. Would recommend and come back.

The stay was fine overall. A few things I meant to mention upon checking out; the lack of parking places dedicated for hotel guests is very challenging. Considering it’s a shared lot with the Market. Hotel should have its own spaces for the guests. Second, it didn’t seem like the room had a temperature thermometer. The room was cool and no way to get heat. The bathroom was also a bit squishy.
