Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel but no parking lot, just a parade which costs $28 a day in addition to hotel costs. Lobby is floors up. Received a 7 am phone call from the hotel and nobody knows why so didn’t appreciate being woken by that. Also mid shower the water got extremely hot, wasn’t safe temperature. When talking to front desk they just said sorry and will check it out. No discount offered.

The hotel was in a fantastic location with plenty of delicious dinner spots nearby and absolutely amazing views. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay. Beautiful view of fhe harbor. There is entertainment everywhere. Lots of food and little shops to check out. No need to go anywhere when you are staying there.

My name is Shahr and I was not informed that there (was) and is construction on progress. From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm there was banging all day. If there was information on that I would have booked my hotel reservation elsewhere. I asked from a housekeeping staff for two clean glasses and she could not understand my request and I had to go the front desk for my needs. I was told to purchase a tree day parking pass for my stay and I did so $87.00, at end of day two at 5:17 pm I received a citation for $82.00 for parking in the parking garage. SJ

Very nice property. But not super clean in the room. Looking in the corners and cracks and crevices of the bathroom you will find soap scum, dust, hair, oil, etc. TV remote had dead batteries. You only get 1 discount breakfast (even if you have 2+ people), and its still very expensive from their restaurant. Great views from the room juliet balcony. Love the water and shipyard. And Lonsdale Quay offered some good food choices and nice small shops to visit in the morning!

Beautiful room, great view of Vancouver, easy check in and checkout. Bed is a a little hard but comfortable. Pillows are made of foam chunks and not very comfortable. Paring was very pricey $28.
