Staff at the hotel were cheery and helpful, the shuttle service was good. The hotel itself is rundown. Our room had cracked drywall with peeling paint, the sheer curtains on the window were torn and frayed, cabinetry had cracked and broken laminate and the shower head was broken so that only a concentrated stream of water came out... overall I don't feel there was good value here.

The airport shuttle was trying to find and thankfully calling the number provided gave answers. It took off earlier that it said it should have and we waited up to 30 mins for another. The female staff on the night we checked in was curt and unwelcoming. The room had the windows open with no screen and fhere was loterally no way to turn the loud a/c off throughout the night . Hopefully our stay on the return goes better .

The room was clean, I found the shuttle easily at the airport. Needs to say somewhere shuttle is not 24 hours. When I went to lay with my visa debit card the deposit I could not do it I was told it had to be cash…not everyone has credit cards. The room was paid for … this seemed silly. And then I was not told in the morning I was going to have to wait for them to go to the room. In early missed my uber to the airport.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. The level of customer service was disappointing — staff were not attentive or responsive when assistance was needed. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and stains that gave the impression of poor maintenance and housekeeping standards. Overall, the property did not meet acceptable levels of comfort or cleanliness, and the experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Staff was nice and welcoming. The only issue I had was that my room smelled like cigarette smoke. I called to ask if there are rooms where people can smoke and I was told that No! That most likely it’s the Ac/HVAC system. Being that I am sensitive to the smell, I was a little disappointed I had to deal with that unpleasant smell. Good thing I only spent a night.

I has to wait about 40 minutes for the shuttle. I tried to call the hotel several times but the phone went unanswered. My wake-up call was 10 munutes delayed. Otherwise all was okay.
