The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet with good temperature control. Also, the breakfasts I ordered (not buffet) at the North Tower Cafe were excellent bordering on artistic. The location was great to access Gastown and English Bay. The hotel was a total pain to reach by car. I drove around in circles for an extended period trying to find any way in. The hotel should provide instructions. The bathroom was dated with a shower curtain and was awkward with the door coming very close to the toilet.

This property is beautiful with two towers, with a gorgeous garden in-between. The room we were assigned is very clean and well appointed. There is even a den with an office table with a second television. It's location in mid-town is convenient, where the Robson St. shopping is nearby. It's an easy walk to the port and to the Aquabus terminal the other side when visiting Granville Island.
