The room is facing the emergency department ambulances in out sirens loud . In my previously stay they doubled charged , Feb 13 still no credit after 2 visits to the front desk. No apologies make things worse my son is ICU and have to deal with this nuisance’s

The stay was phenomenal. The room was ready a little late, so the hotel offered us a free drink at the bar and access to their club lounge which had free snacks and beverages. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great! The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer!
