Nice extra large suite, very good location. Our issue with this place was that we had a reservation for 4 people and everything was set up for 2. We had to call the front desk for blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo (and other amenities) for the 4 of us. We had to prepare the sofa bed for the other 2 people, too.

The property is clean and huge, dully functional. Location is great and nearby restaurants and walkable to train station. The only issue is lifts were broken and only 1 is working causing soem delays whole day with visitors traffic amd housekeeping carts.

The amenities are great at this property, especially the gym and pool area. I appreciate that it’s Vancouver so you can’t expect very spacious rooms but the rooms here are smaller than usual for a Vancouver hotel. The cleanliness is also questionable as the curtains in my room had very suspicious stains on them 6 inches away from the bed. The customer service is also very slow. I had booked a room for three staff and only got towels for two. I called multiple times and it took over 1.5 hours to get it.

The staff make this property amazing. Very helpful and speedy. They upgraded our room to a townhouse, theres just 2 of us and our dog and its huge, 2 floors. We will definetly be back to stay next visit.

Had smells of body odour in bedroom. Called front desk then they told us to contact housekeeping. When talking to housekeeping made they us wait until housekeeping to come up to the room for 20 minutes to inspect. They said they smelled nothing and made us wait in the smelly room for over half an hour again to prepare another room being it was well past 4pm.

Perfect location, clean rooms, well stocked kitchen, the microwave was nice for breakfast. My favourite feature was drinking coffee in the rain on the covered patio watching the city. Would stay here everytime it available, front staff was so fun and helpful. We really loved our time here

I loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, helpful, and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. The only downside was that I mistakenly parked on the street in front of the building, and unfortunately, my car window was broken. Note to future guests (and myself!) — pay the $35 for secure underground parking. Totally worth the peace of mind. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and if I'm ever in need of a weekend getaway again, I would definitely come back here without hesitation!

Perfect little holiday spot!

Really nice clean rooms, excellent staff, great pool and hot tub too. We lived the location. It was perfect for our little family to explore t hi e sea wall, parks and aquabus over to Granville island. Awesome staycation, we will be back for sure.
