Nice but not as special as I expected

Pros: Ok but not as special as I had expected.
Cons: Free wifi for everyone, check operation of ‘newly renovated’ rooms befor use.
Location: Good and centrally located to all CBD amenities.
I did enjoy the comfort and the aspect of my room, however I do think the hotel is overpriced and is comparable in value to cheaper hotel chains. I was disappointed with a plumbing explosion because of a drain blockage and having to put up with my drain being augered by maintenance when I was supposed to be getting down time in my room. I think this should have been checked before the room was occupied.
