Location is great within walking distance to the shopping district and all the tourist destinations. A short walk from the cruise terminal. Staff were all friendly and very helpful the young concierge even helped me repair my suitcase the hotel is nice and full of history but not worth the price

The location of the hotel is great. However, the room left much to be desired. I booked a junior suite and whilst the room was spacious, the bathroom was tiny and located next to the room entrance. I have literally never encountered a layout like this! The wallpaper on the corridor leading to the room was also peeling and hanging off the wall. Overall, the property feels old and dated and in need of a refresh.

It was fine

The hotel was fine overall, but we found it to be a bit overrated. My kids actually preferred a few of the other places we stayed during our trip. The bathroom was especially small, with no counter space, and the light switch is oddly located outside the bathroom—which made nighttime use a little tricky. We had to request a refrigerator since the one in the room was a fully stocked minibar, but they did bring one up promptly. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, the location is amazing and we enjoyed our stay! I wouldn't spend more than $350/night, though.
