Very comfy bed, loved the Christmas decor. Pool area is under renovations, so there isn’t currently a hot tub. Gym is well equipped. Had Christmas dinner in Notch8, the prime rib was excellent.

They were definitely understaffed. No one answered my repeated calls to the front desk for hours. They say you can text, no answer there either. The room doesn’t have AC, it was stuffy and hot. The don’t offer complimentary breakfast. They do NOT have a mini fridge to keep water or leftovers from dinners or whatnot. The beds were okay, but everything else was not worth what you pay to stay there.
