This is a great hotel. Very convenient to Gastown and to the cruise port. One of the best fitness centers I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is excellent in many ways including: my room had a high end specification, friendly and very helpful staff, housekeeping of my room was exemplary, a great location close to the waterfront station. I would have given the highest score, but the shower wasn’t great -basically the flow was feeble (seemed like it had been deliberately restricted?) and made the experience a disappointing struggle.

Excellent service with helpful staff. The room wasn’t large but had everything needed with a comfortable bed and the window brought in lots of natural light. Location is great as you’re less than a 5 minute walk from the waterfront/Canada Place as well as being close to the city centre.

Nice hotel, awesome staff, great location. Few minutes walk from the Canada Place, Waterfront Train Station and just 10 minutes walk to the Gastown Steam Clock.
