I recently stayed at the Wedgewood Hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, the staff was not welcoming or friendly, which set a negative tone right away. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a terrible odor, and unfortunately, my family became sick after the first night. When we requested a room change, the staff seemed very reluctant to accommodate us, though they eventually did move us for the second night. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected much higher standards in both hospitality and room quality. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I would not recommend staying here.

Boutique feel was so welcoming. Staff at front desk friendly and accommodating - we especially got to know Andrew and David who were tops. The concierge Melvin was by far the most accommodating and competent we’ve ever encountered over decades of frequent travels. Loved the atmosphere and the food at the small restaurant.
