I adored this hotel. Staff are so good, lots of amenities. PERFECT location to get around city and arrive from airport. And despite it being downtown if windows are closed you can hardly hear any of the events going on outside if you are not at one of said events lol. Hotel also has a strict noise policy inside the hotel too so we never had any issues with other guests partying. Overall great weekend and i will stay here again.

Everything about my stay here was terrific - aside from one thing: when the aircon in the room below mine was active, it was loud and made my room vibrate. Fortunately it only affected me for 2 of the 5 nights I was here, but did make it difficult to get to sleep. Otherwise the experience was fab. Hotel was spotless and clearly very well maintained. It's the only hotel stay in which my room was serviced everyday regardless of what time I went out - I always seemed to see cleaning staff around. Front desk staff were great. Decor is tasteful quirky, and wash/skin products were fantastic. Location was perfect for me - fast food galore within one block, and the excellent restaurants of Yaletown a short walk away. 2 blocks from the retail centre of downtown. Sure, if you walk in the other direction you'll find the environment a bit less endearing, but I had no problems whatsover. Great value hotel that I want to give 5 stars, but the aforementioned aircon issue prevents me from doing so.

Reviews online were misleading for breakfast. $50 for two buffet meals was outrageous for the quality of food and service experienced. Staff was friendly but the hotel was loud. Rooms were small yet clean and comfortable. Will likely not stay here again.

I booked this hotel to be in downtown and i wanted to have a city view. Unfortunately we received a lower floor room with no view, but they offered us to move us to a new room the next day, but since we only been there for 2 days we choose not to move. Instead they given us a free breakfast voucher, although i needed to negotiate a bit foer it. All in all its a great spot if you want to be in the middle of sowntown and entertainment district, and the staff tries to make sure you have a great stay.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is modern and has hood amenities. The staff is great, they really wanted to provide support for anything we needed ( had text messages from them to ensure we are ok). The bathroom was on the window side, so even if the gloominess of Vancouver doesn’t help much, it’s still great to have some daylight in it.The breakfast buffet is good, but overpriced for what it is. I think they should remove it completely from their offer, or make it in a menu; otherwise you have other options around for good and much interesting restaurants. Overall it was great, and in a very convenient location.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Hotel Belmont. The room was very clean and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel and the interior decor gives off the vibes of a lounge, with a mix of class and eccentricity. The location is very convenient and central, a short walk from all major POI (points of interest) within the city - Gastown, Waterfront, BC Place, Rogers Arena...I have a hamstring injury and made it around town, hope to be back next time when I am healed LOL. It's minutes away from the #19 bus line that takes you to Stanley Park (15 min. ride). I went through Robson street on my way to Rogers Arena to attend TWICE concerts, and I love the variety of restaurants you can try on this street, and around town in general. Many fast food chains and convenience stores are also located nearby. The ice water chilled with cucumber was surprisingly refreshing. (and I don't even like cucumber)
