Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0

No air conditioning and the rooms were too hot . The handles on the windows were broken so I couldn’t open the window in the rooms. Went to ask staff if there was an ice machine . Was looked at funny because apparently I should have know it was broken . Pool had so much chlorine that it burned my skin .

Good but not great ( fine but just barely )

Staff very gracious, suite large and accommodating. Soft goods acceptable , houseware at or slightly below par, soaps and bathroom products below par Furniture dated, worn and mostly uncomfortable. As you pivot to higher end clientele and rates, improve your products at touch pints and you will keep pace. Failure to provide experience at your current rates, other competitors in Vancouver BC market will gain my ( and others’ ) business ahead of this hotel.

Very dated property wall paper peeling, beds old and worn out, carpets lifting. Staff moderately helpful but don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Garbage bags left in hallways overnight by cleaning staff. While the are is convenient I think the price charged for the rooms are a bit rich given the shoddiness of the building and suites themselves.

Located in a good and walkable area. The staffs were not friendly and not welcoming at all. In general Canada doesn’t have a good customer service and it’s so disappointing. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities. We asked one time for cleaning during our stay and they didn’t even clean up the beds at all which was shocking to me. overall not bad but I wouldn’t go there anymore.
