As a first-time solo traveller to Vancouver, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the St Regis Hotel. From arrival to departure, the hotel team was welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful. The central downtown location made it easy to explore the city, enjoy local attractions, and take day trips around Vancouver and the surrounding province. The renowned breakfast lived up to its reputation, offering a great variety of options, and the staff were happy to accommodate small requests to ensure a filling and enjoyable start to the day. The room was clean, well equipped, and comfortable, making it ideal for a ten-day stay.

The staff were efficient and friendly and attentive. They took care of check in with ease and took our bags up to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The robes were plush and comfortable. The Locctaine products are amazing and make the shower feel luxurious. The chocolates on the pillow was a cute touch and was a perfect indulgence for a bedtime snack. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it as a place for others to book when visiting Vancouver.
