The perfect hotel for pre-cruise!

Pan Pacific Vancouver is the perfect location! Not only do you have amazing views of the harbor, sea planes landing, you are centrally located to everything plus the cruise terminal is attached to the hotel! The hotel also offers bag check-in from your room to your cruise cabin! The Five Sails restaurant is amazing and deserves a Michelin star!

No shortage of food options around the hotel, the bed was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom- clean, bathrobes, water pressure could be better (11th floor), scale, good products. This hotel is perfectly located for all things tourist and relaxation. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The food was not good in the restaurant. Ordered room service and the chicken strips were overcooked. One bite and that was all i could eat. Also, the phones in the room didnot work very well. You could barely hear what people were saying. The good news is there is a food court across the street qhere we got good food for a lot cheaper than Pan Pacific.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Great views of Vancouver Habour. Easy walk to Stanley Park. Easy access to the SkyRail with direct access to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped.

We used this as our overnight stay before leaving on a cruise. The location can’t be beat! They even picked up our luggage from the hotel room and delivered it to our stateroom on the ship. The only downside we experienced is that they don’t appear to have enough/fast elevators for the size of the hotel. There were long lines and waits for elevators, especially around checkin / checkout. Often the elevator would arrive and be full.

Loved the Harbor View!

We especially loved the harbor view — my 10 year old and I spent a lot of time entertained by the sea planes, cruise ships, and other boats. The heated pool was great, with spectacular view. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Daily housekeeping did a great job. The dining options were tasty—Coal Harbor Bar and room service. It was very busy on cruise ship days (Saturday, Sunday and Monday during our stay) but this mostly impacted outside the hotel where it was chaos (tip — go a few blocks down to summon an Uber!). Inside the hotel was huge so it didn’t feel too crowded. Location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Sky Train from the airport has a stop right outside the hotel. Very convenient!
