We have stayed here 3 times in the past great. This trip some elevators were out of service long waits. The room had a broken make up mirror in the washroom, the desk had loose drawer pulls. The beds had very worn out mattresses. This hotel is very busy with very limited seating in the lobby. For the premium price you pay the quality is a little short.This is why my three stars.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Pan Pacific. Every employee went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. If we are ever in Vancouver again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room here again. One of the best additions was having the package that included breakfast, as well as afternoon hors d'oeuvres and then later there was a dessert hour. The food was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The honor bar was a nice addition if you didn’t want to go to the bar area. There were plenty of beverages and mixers to make drinks - all in honor system by adding to room. Overall - one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

This was a beautiful Hotel! It is at Canada Place. It has a convention center and sits ajacent to the cruise terminal. There was luggage sevice at the hotel- they would take your bags down to the ship. All you have to do is go downstairs and board your ship. The view of the harbor was enchanting. The service at the hotel was great.
