Incredibly friendly staff at the front desk, got to check in early. The rooms were renovated recently and were very nice and clean. You do walk outside to get to your room after you leave the lobby, so it’s easy to get wet, the walkways are covered but still very wet and you definitely feel the wind and rain. Parking is a little pricy at $38.

For the price and location it was amazing!!! The rooms were clean and the location was amazing and central to things in downtown Vancover. I enjoyed the free bottles of water and the snack bar at night time in the lobby which was free. I would highly recommend The Burrad to anyone going to Vancover.

The place is fairly decent, especially for the price you pay. Clean and maintained. The parking is a bit tricky to find and it took me circling the block a couple of times to find it, as there is no obvious signage pointing to where it is in the back alley. The only thing that I was taken aback by was that they demanded the payment in full for my stay upfront when I checked in, and even though they had my credit card on file they insisted I pay by machine for my stay & the deposit (I was able to work out with them to charge my stay to my card on file, but they were unwilling to use it for the deposit). They also charged my credit card for my first night's stay 24 hours before I even arrived arrived for my stay. Payment policy aside my stay was alright, my room seemed to be clean though I didn't do any kind of deep inspection, and my stay was overall uneventful. The price is pretty great considering the location especially.

This place was close to EVERYTHING!!! No matter what direction you went, there were shops galore! A 24 hour bakery with awesome food is just a 3 minute walk.
