Pet friendly, I love this space the colours, the location right in the middle of the city you feel like you're in a Vegas cottage getaway Love it
The staff are lacking lustre. Not welcoming. Look bored. Rude attitude towards people who are paying alot to feel at home away from home
Staff look like they hate their job and won't lift a finger to do their job.
They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator.
I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Room very clean. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. After 7pm they offer for free a non alcoolic beverage and a snack.
I thought this was a great idea.
Excellent service, beverages and Miss Vickies Chips at 'teatime'! The double bed room was clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price in downtown Vancouver!
Room was clean aside from a large clump of hair stuck to the blowdryer. As others mentioned walls are pretty thin but to be expected in an older building. The courtyard was cute and likely a nice place to hang out in the summer. It was pouring rain so we didn't spend much time out there. Good location for downtown activities. Check in was a little slow even after 4 oclock. I was "welcomed" to 3 different room numbers through their automatic updates and when I arrived they were unclear as to if my room was even ready. The fire safety plan on the back of our room door was labelled as a different room whick could be confusibg for some. Overall not a bad experience and a good option for those just there to sleep for a night. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper
The room smell awful and we try to talk to front desk staff to change the room, however they just said they have no more room and not even try to help us. End up we have to go buy febreze air to refresh the room
