The Burrard was simply great! The staff were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, which really set a great tone for the trip. My room was spotless and clearly recently renovated. A huge plus was the free non-alcoholic drinks each night - such a unique and thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back.

If it’s a 2 star or 4 star depends on the price you pay. This is an old, old hotel/motel that is trying hard to be in 2026. No bathroom vanity and rooms are basic. Big security flag was the 1 day, when I returned, the door to my room was open. I thought housekeep long was still in the room, but it was not. Nobody was around. I assume housekeeping did not close my door when they left and I complaint to the front desk.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was just ok...SUPER thin walls, it felt like I had a roommate but it was the person next door. I found it noisy with all the people and the street noise, but overall it was fine. It was relatively clean and very old.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you need. Parking is available, but it may be a bit difficult to locate if you’re unfamiliar with the area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved this place. No carpet!! Clean, awesome location. Court yard was great for relaxing in the evening by the fire. They provided mocktails as well. It was a great stay and we will definitely book here again.
