The Burrard’s rooms are pretty standard, the bathroom is on the smaller side but it is clean and the staff are wonderful. The garden courtyard is cute and they maximize the little space they have. The coffee shop attached is good too. For the price, I would stay here again.

Accommodating staff and all the amenities you need. Yes the rooms are a bit dated and the beds aren’t the best, but it’s a perfect location and affordable price point. We will definitely be staying again.

The room was very dark I needed to use the light on my phone to see. It was nice to have the electrical kettle but no place to plug it in!! Staff was great. Room was spotless Location and ease to get a taxi was excellent. Area seemed very safe for me to walk alone in the evening.

The Burrard Hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the retro-chic vibe set a welcoming and stylish tone. The lobby and courtyard have such a fun, mid-century modern design, it feels like you’ve stepped into a boutique oasis right in the middle of downtown. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds and all the modern touches you’d expect. I loved the small details, from the Nespresso machine to the curated local artwork, which gave the stay a personal feel. One of the highlights is the courtyard, lush greenery, outdoor seating, and string lights that make it the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after exploring the city. Location wise, you couldn’t ask for better. It’s a short walk to Granville Island, Yaletown, and Robson Street, plus there are tons of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel also provides free bikes, which was a huge plus for getting around Stanley Park and the Seawall. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful they made excellent dining recommendations and ensured my stay was smooth from start to finish. Overall, The Burrard blends style, comfort, and convenience perfectly. Whether you’re in Vancouver for business or leisure, this is the hotel that makes you feel like a local while giving you boutique-level hospitality.
