When it’s either shoulder or off season the prices are amazing for this hotel and location. Sadly Vancouver has become the home of the $600 hotel room rate per night during peak season.

Clean room and friendly staff but it is difficult to unload in front of the hotel during rush hour. Getting into the parking lot is also unsafe - you have to get out of your vehicle to tap the entry pad for the gate to open; The gate is located in a back alley and there were some people doing drugs when I arrived. It was uncomfortable. Complementary water, tea and coffee in the rooms which was great. My room was small but quite clean and bright.

Our stay good, housekeeping was excellent, check in was excellent. However, I did not feel safe outside. That seems to be the norm in Vancouver. The value was excellent. The restaurant on the corner, The Burgoo was the best food!
