Great location. Staff were friendly, room was lovely and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed a little attention as there was damage from a previous occupant. Breakfast was delicious but drink never came despite a couple of reminders (usually it would come before meal), bill was adjusted thankfully.

The room was clean but showed some wear and tear, especially in the kitchen. The kitchenware provided was minimal but servicable. The pool facility could use some improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, room service was quick and often went beyond the initial request.

Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite large - we had a one bedroom - but the bathroom was a bit tired. The restaurant serves amazing food! The location is quite central and there was actually green space nearby for walking the dog!

We had suite and used the kitchen facilities during our 4 night stay. The location was perfect because my wife had an operation next door at St Paul’s Hospital. The Canada Line station (Vancouver City Centre) at Granville/Georgia (which accesses the airport) is only about a 15 minute walk to the Century Plaza.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The balaconies are big and the windows bring a lot of natural light into the rooms. I love that the windows open and you can have access to fresh air. There is a lot of emergency vehicles and Sirens at all time of day and night due to the hospital next door but that didn't bother me if the windows were shut. Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance and public transport station was close if we needed when we wanted to go to the airport and science centre The beds and pillows are unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen is a nice feature, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Sehaj, Brijesh, Mary, Zeenhan, Beth, and Suzanna (from CPrime) as well as housekeeping all went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful for Brijesh who personally made me feel valued and respected during my stay. The only things I wish I could change are more cooking utensils and a bowl in suites, hot water was sparse near check out hours, and there were at times long waits for elevators. Things that were spectactual were thecommercial Nespresso machine in room, full kitchen incuding stove and oven, classy decor in rooms, impeccably clean spaces, large balcony, on site restaurant, on site coffee shop, and hospitable staff and front door personnel.

The room and the staff were excellent. The bathroom toilet leaked and was hard to flush. The AC didn’t work so it was super hot when sleeping. Overall would stay there again and would definitely recommend to others.

We appreciated the kitchens in our room as it made our trip easier. Though we were on the side of the building facing St. Paul’s which was very loud and sirens late into the night and early in the morning. Location was good though, a 30 minute walk to the convention centre. Wished the windows were more sound proof and would have liked for there to be more then 2 sets of everything in the room (booked room for 4 people but only had 2 towels, 2 sets of dishes, etc)
