This was a good choice for us to meet up with family and do some visiting in our suites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good restaurant downstairs. Hotel could use updating especially windows and insulation- cold in winter but space heater made it comfortable enough. Elevators were a bit creaky. Pool was cold and not very tempting.

The room is clean,staff are courteous the only thing i can complain is the shower.while in the middle of the shower the hot water would just turn off and water turn freezing cold or the other way around.

Staff were very helpful and it was clean! Nice to have full kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is older. New windows plus more insulation in the walls would greatly improve their heating bills! Kitchen faucets were hard to turn off and shower hard to get to right temp. Elevators were a bit creaky. Still, great value for the money, and easily walkable to downtown shopping and entertainment.

Clean room, no internal noise, but lots of nighttime Mose from the adjacent ER, whilst not too bad it did wake us a couple times. But the staff and hotel were great and the location was quite handy to get to everything down town within 15-20 minute walk
