I have stayed at this hotels several times. The rooms are comfortable however the services you get is totally dependant to the people who are at the front desk, which means should be managed better

Nicely appointed room with balcony. Quiet even though we are right downtown. Nice to drink from real glasses and not the cheap plastic ones. We would definitely stay here again.

My only comment - sound from outside was very loud. Don’t think the windows have been upgraded in a long long time so sirens from nearly hospital were extremely loud. Woke me up a couple times.

Rented a room with a kitchen. No mixing bowl, no cooking utensils, 2 pots is all you get. No oven mitts. Setting for 4 but only cutlery for 2. So you couldn’t really cook. Great location if needing to be at St. Paul’s Hospital.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious and the location is excellent. There were a few things in the room that could use updating, and our air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but it didn’t bother us too much. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. This is actually our second time staying here in Vancouver, and we would happily stay again.
