My reservation is two king bedrooms, but I just reserved 1 king bedroom and sofa with folding bed. I asked for change the room, they said because I make reservations from online so I can change the rooms. The parking only free for hotel member and the other costumers they charge $ 21.00. It’s not good

First this hotel is rated as a 3.5 star hotel, it was probably better to call it a 2 star. The entire right side of the hotel is currently under what seems like flood renovation. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best as far as quality with an alright selection. Parking was overpriced for the area at $21per day. No soda or vending machine and ice maker out of order. In room safe wasn't bolted down and kept trying to automatically lock and unlock making a horrendous noise until I left the door open. Plenty of options for food nearby.

the hotel rooms are good size and also has balcony , the cleaning staff was nice , just had a little issue with the A/C but they gave us a portable heater that did the job.

The room was cold and heat limitation was blamed on lack of capacity. We had to unplug our toilet after the previous guests. They just delivered a plunger and left. The hotel is going through renovations and it is unbearable from 8am as the construction work is extremely loud. The breakfast sausages were cold inside and the rest of the food was at best adequate. You cannot park the car until you check in, and there is a $21 per day parking charge. The existing heating system will wake you up every time it turns on. We would not come back based on the experience, but I do have to say that hotel staff was polite.
