Fabulous hotel . Breakfast at Alouette fantastic really nice staff.Had a nice chat with the young Peruvian manager. Hotel room was amazing. Nice deep tub. Staff were ok i found front desk a bit aloof. Conceirge Karina really nice and helpful. I think while we were there we encounter 5-6 front desk the only one that smiled and was helpful was our last morning. Hotel great location super nice . Would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here and found that this to be a beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver, not far from Canadian Place where our ship docked. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure that we were taken care of. Mohammed, a concierge, was wonderful! He helped us navigate our way to a great breakfast place and to Stanley Park for a sunny afternoon adventure. The Alouette Bistro is attached to the hotel and was a great dinner choice. An A+ for this stay!

Hotel Le Soleil was okay, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about the stay. The location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s centrally located and within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. The room was a decent size and included a separate living area, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel itself feels dated and shows its age. Soundproofing was also an issue. I could clearly hear a guest next door yelling at her kids, and the air conditioning unit made loud banging noises throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in staff were efficient enough, but the service felt pretty flat and lacked the warmth or personality you would expect from a boutique hotel. Overall, the hotel met basic expectations because of its convenient location and room size, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again. There are likely better options in Vancouver for the price

Great hotel in a convenient location, close to downtown and many popular tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with special thanks to Concierge Rafael, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help. The Executive Restaurant on the first floor served an excellent breakfast each morning, and its French cuisine in the evening was equally outstanding. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely well cared for during our stay. The hotel's hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for a girls weekend. The room was beautiful & clean. The restaurant is fantastic. What a lovely breakfast & great cappuccino. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location! Even friendlier staff! Everyone I came into contact with wished me a great day. My cruise came into port earlier than expected, and they accommodated me hours earlier to check in. I would book here again in a heartbeat. Rooms are spacious and clean too!

The room was very clean, large/spacious, well-appointed. I was impressed by the complimentary L'Occitane products (regular bottles - not the chintzy sample sizes). If you need room service (or dine in their bistro), the French onion soup is among the - if not THE - best I've had. The burger is also tasty. The water from the showerhead was a little hard; don't know if it's just the intensity of the spray or if water softener is needed. Either way, it ultimately wasn't a big deal but sharing FYI.
