I would give five stars if the elevator wasn't so slow and the key cards were programmes to quit half an hour before checkout time, making it difficult to retrieve our bags after breakfast. Other than that, everything was excellent. Good location, clean and upscale, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return despite the hiccups.
