Our stay was good, wasn’t too happy with the maid service. They came too early and we never got a chance to leave so they can properly clean the room. When I go on holidays, I expect to have my bed made daily and it wasn’t done once. We did get fresh towels at least daily.

Beautiful property within walking distance to the waterfront and downtown. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, lovely staff! The only thing I didn't love was that the rooms were not air conditioned. I understand trying to be eco friendly but having to keep all windows open and multiple fans blasting seems odd in a hotel of this caliber.

There is no AC in this hotel, and there was a heat wave when we were there. Having to keep all blinds closed, fans on, door/windows open all night=more noise was not good. Would be great hotel in Fall/Winter only.

the hotel is gorgeous with firendly staff. Tbe elevators had issues during our stay and at one point all were down. This had an impact on our ability to move about the hotel with a toddler in a stroller or taking 5 flights if stairs down and up. Staff did not effectively communicate timelines of elevators being operational
