The front staff could be more welcoming. But the room was lovely. It's modern and comfortable. The bathroom was great, especially the shower and bidet with heated seat. It was very clean. It is right across the street from the restaurant where we had reservations. We didn't realize there was a fee for parking. That is annoying. However, we found parking on the street.

Quiet room, spacious enough. recently renovated with modern decor. Gorgeous views over the harbor. Nice pool/hot tub/sauna amenity. Small fails - no towel bar in the bathroom (only brackets left on the wall), no robes - had to call front desk 4 times and actually go ask in person to get them. Low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Appreciated the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Parking was $26/night - yikes!

We were very happy with the location - it was convenient, well situated, and met our needs perfectly. The staff were attentive and responsive, and we appreciated that they took the time to check on us during our stay. Our unit itself was comfortable and well maintained. The only drawback was the sound insulation; noise from the adjacent units above and beside carried through more than expected. Overall, it was a positive experience, with the location and staff being real highlights.
