The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The price is too high as you actually spent very little time in the room if you are touring around. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are just going to Victoria for a couple of days. But if you are planning to stay longer than a few days then it may be worth the extra money

The room was massive, the staff were very friendly the view is insane!!! Didn't love there was no room service as there is no restaurant on site but there are a lot of restaurants in the area so it's fine you just need to bring snacks.

The suite was spacious and very comfortable. View of the inner harbour was spectacular. Unfortunately there was no electrical outlet accessible. We had to get the bed pulled out and an extension cord provided.
