Terrible experience.

Rooms are extremely outdated and smell like a senior home. One of the bed sheets haven’t been replaced from previous people’s stay sheets had red stains. Upon checkout valet was available so the front desk person Mike asked me to go get my own car from the parking lot.

It was okay. Nothing really bad but for 400 a night it left me expecting more. Then also $21 charge for parking. Steep price, but downtown convenience comes at a cost. Would consider other hotels in the future.

We had a great stay here. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful when i found out my credit card had been fraudulently used and i needed to submit documents to my bank home in Australia. I was able to use their computer, they scanned documents for me and helped in an extremely stressful situation. The rooftop restaurant had beautiful views of the harbour, and tge free shuttle bus to drop us at various places in the downtown area was so helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Easy walk to the harbor, Empress, Parliament, Cathedral. Public bus just around the corner for an easy and cheap ride to Butchart Gardens ($6). While our view was lousy (loading dock), everything else was ideal.

Great location and walkable

This was a really nice hotel in a central location. Very walkable. Parking was decent, however upon checkin parking is tight (not many cars fit in the area. We had a beautiful view room and could see the Empress and harbor with cruise ships. Very quiet, nice swimming pool. An enjoyable stay in Victoria.
