We had a good stay at Chateau Victoria. We were very grateful for early check-in and late checkout! We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The suite was very spacious for three adults. The location was great as we were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and Beacon Hill Park.

We recently stayed at the Chateau Victoria, and from start to finish it was a five-star experience. The front desk staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and made check-in and check-out an absolute breeze. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown, close to everything. But what truly stood out to us were the beds. We’ve never stayed at a hotel with beds this comfortable — ever. They were so incredibly cozy that we honestly didn’t want to get out of bed! As locals, this is where Victorians come when they want to relax, unwind, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. We were looking for a restful weekend to recharge, and Chateau Victoria delivered with the best sleep of our lives. We can’t wait to come back!

The room and hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. The bath products and Nespresso maker were excellent quality. Staff members were very friendly, upbeat, and helpful. And having the famous Clive's cocktail bar in the building is a big plus!
