Chateau Victoria was the perfect place to stay in Victoria. Easily accessible to the Empress Hotel, Inner Harbour, shopping on Government Street and many wonderful restaurants. The shuttle was extremely helpful in getting us to various places, including the Victoria Clipper terminal.

Elevators were often busy. That was our only negative. The location to the waterfront was only a short walk away. We had a one-bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and spacious.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and responsive to customer needs. The room was spacious and meet the needs of our group very well. We were a generational girls trip, and it was perfect. Just a reminder though, that while breakfast is available, it does cost additional money at the hotel.

Lobby nice but we were on second floor it was very noisy, beds are hard, our fridge was turned off so it wasn’t cold for a hole, fridge has no freezer, no microwave, room is very dark. Not worth the money

We reserved three rooms and none of them had s good view and the rooms are extremely small and conjusted. The evening doormans do nothing but stand there and dont help at all. We spent 3000 dollars for 2 days. Worst experience would not recommend.

The location in downtown Victoria BC is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions and make recommendations. The property is well-maintained and rooms updated.

This was an excellent stay and a great choice. The location of the hotel offers convenient walking distance to the harbour and various other attractions. The hotel service and staff are very good as well. Highly recommend. Will likely always stay here for future trips to Victoria.

Very comfortable bed and great location. The room has a portable ac machine that kept it cool with constant white noise so easy to sleep with. Comfy bed. Modern room. Helpful, pleasant staff. Gorgeous flowers and entrance Easy walk to DT dining and waterfront. Would easily stay again.
