The room condition and location were excellent. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing — in fact, it was the worst I’ve experienced. Nevertheless, I still recommend this hotel as it offers good value for the price.

All around just an excellent experience. Shuttle service to inner harbor locations a definite plus. Hotel is older but had all the refinements. Rooftop restaurant was excellent with a splendid view of the city. We stayed in room 1508. We had a few maintenance issues which I forgot to bring to staffs attention. Shower stopper was loose and there was minor water damage to the inside of bathroom door. Overall I happily recommend this hotel for your consideration. Stayed 05/20-05/22.

Overall, we enjoyed excellent customer service and warm, pleasant staff interactions. We loved the spaciousness of the suite. I appreciated being so close to the downtown core of Victoria without being on a main thoroughfare. Their free shuttle service to and from the wedding we were attending was a very positive surprise.

The hotel is pretty, although we did not have many amenities in the room. We were given a room that could be connected to another one. Our neighbors were traveling with kids and it was terrible. We could hear every single word they said, doors slamming, kids crying and screaming at 4 am. I know it was not their fault, but something must be done with the doors that connect the rooms, maybe extra isolation?

Bit disappointed with the service. Asked at check in for something for my elderly mother and the front desk clerk felt like they were a bit put off by us asking for it. They never did bring it up for her and she had to ask again the next day since she didn’t realize it until late which was why we asked right away so she’d have it for the evening. Shouldn’t go to a hotel and have staff make you feel like you can’t ask them things.

CK in was very smooth. We said we were going swimming and she asked if we wanted robes. The robes were waiting for us by the time we got to our room. We had a suite and the bed room and living room were very clean. Lots of fluffy towels and good shower pressure. The spa facilities were very nice but beware the pool is cold ; )

Fantastic, happy staff. From what we could see, and from those we spoke to, it seems they enjoy working there. The service was second to none. We were in a 1 bedroom suite, and it was perfect for our stay. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Valet parking was a breeze and at $20 a day, it wasn't a bank breaker. Pool and gym were great, however the spa could use a freshen up, as it looks very stained (not dirty). Overall, a fantastic stay. Hotel is close to to just about everything in the downtown. We walked to everything we did downtown. We will be back!!
