Love this property. Have stayed many times. Always book the 1 bedroom suite which has a queen bed in the bedroom plus a full queen bed in the living area. Plus sofa, chair, kitchenette, dining table and balcony. Best value in the inner harbour!

Decent sized rooms, but the hotel is old and certain areas are due for upgrades. The staff were average - didn’t go above and being in any way. My flight into the city arrived quite early before the official check in time and there was zero effort made to get in any earlier, or contact me once the room was ready. I was left having to continuously pop into the hotel lobby to see if the room was ready. Ultimately, ended up checking in at 430pm. Much better options in this city - wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Downtown Victoria close to everything
We had a great stay at the Chateau Victoria hotel and suites. It was in easy walking distance to the inner harbour, downtown and all attractions we wanted to see. The suite we stayed in was spacious, with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen which worked well for our family of four. Everything was clean. Check in and service was great, can’t comment on the pool or the restaurant(s) but lots of options for coffee and dining around.
