The room was wonderful- clean, comfortable, great bed & bathroom, and magnificent view over the pool area out to the Salish Sea. My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times and I think it will always be our “go to place” when we want to spend time in Victoria. Edna (Calgary)

Enjoyed a night staycation at the hotel with a friend and loved it! Did room service for dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. Everyone we encountered were lovely and helpful. Would love to come back and stay again

We had amazing views of the ocean and the mineral pools! Room very comfortable and cozy. Fireplace was a bit of a joke it was electric with fake picture of coals. Very disappointing if you were looking forward to having a gas fireplace! (This was not a deal breaker though as so much else was excellent with our stay!) Very quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy and convenient. You can get right into elevator and up to your floor. The most enjoyable part was wearing the cozy robe and going down to enjoy the mineral pool and hot tubs!! We would definitely stay here again.
