I never stayed here before but it is amazing! So clean, starbucks in the lobby. Valet parking, and they are wonderful. The room was so clean, spacious and what a view of the harbour from the 14th floor. The staff is so wonderful and courteous, fast and friendly. Best hotel ive stayed in in a while

What you see on the website is an ocean view from your window, not any more, there is now a Telus building under construction and workers being transported up the side of the new building in an elevator right in front of your window. There is a fridge sink and microwave but zero cutlery or dishes, there is nothing in the cupboards. You can request cups plates and bowls but the basics should be there and available without having to ask for them. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, strange right? Other than all of that we did have a nice stay and it was a lovely room.
Our room was facing the elevator which is transporting workers who can see directly into your room. They were very polite and did not look into the room.
The huge new Telus building totally blocks any views.
