Room was clean. Could use a carpet upgrade. Toilet would run every 20-30 min ( like it was refilling tank, flush control valve needs replacing) . You have to pay to park in their own parking lot $20 + tax !! If they would regulate toilets that are costing them excess money, we wouldn’t have to pay to park. It’s the only place we have ever had to pay for parking in Victoria

The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! The location is prime. so close to great landmarks like the legislature, Government street and many others. Very walkable, and convenient for day and night activities. The room was spacey, and very well equipped (Room with kitchen). The hallways were very quiet and most importantly, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival (bathroom included). Would most definitely recommend and stay for any future travels to Victoria.

The room and the staff were great , really enjoyed having a kitchenette but unfortunately we won’t be staying at the Royal Scot again as we usually spend the evening in watching TV especially before bed. The cable, the number of channels and the operation of the remote were terribly outdated . If the room had updated entertainment we would be only too happy to book with them every time.

This was a wonderful place to stay!!! The location was great and within walking distance of so many different places whether it was shopping restaurants the harbour grocery stores and parks. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas when we were there. It was also very nice to have a restaurant on site. The swimming pool, the library and games room, the shuffleboard and pool table were all nice to have access to. Being able to park on site was also great as there was limited street parking during the day. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Victoria.
