The Lodge was great. Lots of restaurants within only a few minutes of walking. Room was perfect except the noise outdoors. Lots of late night partying making the street below very loud when trying to sleep at 11pm. Shenanigans still going on at 2am. No wonder they put ear plugs in night stand. Otherwise, great hotel.

The room was spacious and updated. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated to be used in all weather which is great for kids! Overall a great stay and we will book there again next time we’re in Whistler!

The check in experience was far from exemplary, long wait, surley staff. Parking fees very high, no clear directions to parking, so double queue, first to find where to park,then to check in.. Once actually checked in the room was pretty good, spotlessly clean, shower tap wasnt so good and no where to hang towels in a rather cramped bathroom. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of room in the main area. Lift was very slow and juddery!
