First time stay at Crystal Lodge was great, nice room, clean, quiet, and good for our little dog. We liked the hot tub and the sauna. We took off a star because we got a parking ticket out front of the hotel in the 5 minutes we went inside to check in because we thought we were fine but it turned out that the hotel only has 2 parking spots out front. The hotel should really have more than 2 spots.

Room is clean, all staff are friendly. They solved my requests quickly. Only complaints were no microwave at standard room, and sauna and pool/hot tub way too far. But the hotel robes were so comfy, slippers in the closet. There was everything what I needed. Also the location was perfect. Easy to access everything!!

We found a great deal on Expedia and booked 2 nights here for less than what a single night would be in Vancouver. I can’t say it is the nicest hotel or room I have stayed in but it’s perfect for what we needed. It has access right to the village so the location is unreal. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly. Hot tub was hot and there is a restaurant and a pub that right in the hotel. A Starbucks run for Breakie and back to the room is about 7min, so convenient. Have stayed here before and will most def again.
