The Crystal Lodge is in a very convenient location, right in the centre of Whistler Village, which is great for visiting the numerous restaurants, which are, literally, seconds away from the hotel. Self-parking was under the hotel, and cost us $34 per night. The hotel is very clean and modern, with lovely staff, who always greet you with a friendly hello. The receptionist who checked us in was great, and gave us a lot of useful information about the hotel, and numerous ideas for spending our time in Whistler. We were a little concerned about noise, being right in the centre of the village, but we were never disturbed, and the hotel itself is very quiet. The only downside is the fan on the air conditioning unit in the room can be very noisy. However, the hotel do supply earplugs! If we were staying in Whistler again, we would definitely opt for the Crystal Lodge!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Lodge. We had a few queries and requests for our stay prior to check-in and the hotel were prompt to answer and accommodate our request. Fantastic service prior to checking in, during the check-in process and throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well presented, clean and very comfortable. We were fortunate to be allocated a room with a balcony and a view, which made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is in the village centre, within walking distance to the main bars, restaurants and attractions in Whistler. Would 100% recommend staying at this hotel.

Fantastic stay for my 50th birthday..the staff are so welcoming..our room was lovely overlooking the pool and golf range .I only have one issue and that was the gym..I could only use treadmill as the bike and step machine were needing to be plugged in which wasn't available ..I would recommend the Crystal

Awesome hotel, love the loft. Perfect location, amenities are great definitely a great time. OH and Starbucks is in there AND old spaghetti factory. Soooo good
