The room was very clean and the location was extremely close (less than 5 minutes walk) to our attractions! The fronk desk representative, Rebecca was super kind and friendly. Our child received a welcome toy which was very sweet! We will definitely be back to stay at this amazing lodge! Highly recommended especially for families!

Location is perfect. However they put me above their Crystal Lounge. Couldn't sleep for 4 nights! They should either control the noise or block off rooms 101, 102, 103, 104 and above so that guests don't have a terrible $1000 experience.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The room was spotless the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept better here than we do at home lol. and the hottub at the room at the end of the day was very relaxing. if we comeback to whistler we definitely gonna check in to Crystal lodge again, Thank you for your service :)
