Room was standard. Staff, as usual, were outstanding. Unfortunately, we went to the spa after a day of skiing, and when we got back to our room our key cards were no longer working. Standing in the hallway, in our wet bathing suits, trying to contact someone on the house phone, no one answering. IT WAS A REAL BUMMER. Luckily, one of the porters got off on our floor, let us into our room and brought us new cards. Hotel got our check out date WRONG.

Although staff was friendly and nice, some attention to details in service is missing. I had a question on my coffee machine and tried to call Front Desk at 9:40PM. Rang them 3 times and let it ring 10 times per call. No one picked up. Finally got dressed and went downstairs to ask question in person and there was someone at front desk. I did ask if she was there the whole time as I called but not sure she answered my question. She was apologetic and nice and answered my question on coffee. I did not want to get out. I had to get out of my PJs, get dressed and physically go downstairs for something that would have taken seconds to conclude over the phone.
