Great staff and customer service — pretty reliable. Ski storage on the ground floor. Rooms are a bit outdated but still comfortable. Hallways smell like food but no issues inside the room. A few comments said they saw silverfish in the bathroom— I didn’t notice any and I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor (also, silverfish are not harmful to humans). Location is also pretty good! I enjoyed my stay. For Whistler, the price is reasonable (in a regular town/city, it would be too much).

**Likes:** Great location with just a 10-minute walk to the gondolas. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen. I enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, and I loved the scent of the soap and shampoo. **Dislikes:** The large bathtub next to the bed feels a bit odd. Additionally, my child cut his toes while playing in the pool.
