The deluxe queen suite was underwhelming with disappointing details such as a water damaged bathroom door. The phone line listed buttons to speak with the front desk and house-keeping, but both lines said that they were not in service. The folks at the front desk were fine - just not overly friendly. It was a fine stay, middle of the road. But for the price, I think it was a little disappointing. Obviously being in Whistler, the sights and area surrounding are beautiful.

Check out times are not reasonable. Hotel would not give later check out because they said that they were very busy. Not true. Also, a sign says wash all dishes before leaving or will be charged $15. No dishwasher soap was left in the unit. Concierge staff was not friendly, aloof, and not helpful.

This place is great. We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Our room was clean and the bed not too bad but the room was very tired and is ready for a full Reno. Furniture was uncomfortable and the fridge looked like it was in a hail storm. Great views from our balcony and we would stay again.
