**Likes:** Great location with just a 10-minute walk to the gondolas. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen. I enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, and I loved the scent of the soap and shampoo. **Dislikes:** The large bathtub next to the bed feels a bit odd. Additionally, my child cut his toes while playing in the pool.

Rooms and entire hotel was well kept. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hotel is in the heart of the action. The fireplace was perfect for drying our coats. the jacuzzi beside the bed was a bit strange. Loved the stay.

The behavior of the front desk staff upon arrival was very rude and far from polite or professional. We did not feel welcomed at all. The hotel elevator was out of order, which was very inconvenient. Despite clearly booking and confirming a mountain view room, we were given a room facing a tall building. When we complained, the staff responded rudely and said that because the weather was cloudy, “nothing can be seen anyway,” which is completely unacceptable. They also asked for an extra charge just to hand over the room slightly earlier than the standard check-in time. Another strange inconvenience is that to use the pool and jacuzzi, you must leave the hotel building and walk outside with a towel, which is very uncomfortable, especially in bad weather. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is a bit dated but for a price you pay has everything to offer ! Location is amazing just by the village gate . Min walk to everything . Our room was facing the mountain so after the Resturants close it was quite and nice with view of mountain ! The room is spacious 2 queen bed with small kitchen that has eventing inside . Coffee maker fridge microwave dishwasher and all kind of dish and pots and pans ! The bathroom is renovated and nice . The hallways smells like food but the smell doesn’t get to the rooms . The elevator and hallways is a bit dated , but for a night with quarter the price you pay for fairmont it does the job . Would definitely come back .
